I was debating on how to start this post, I mean, how can you define strength. Physical, the making (For Victory) or breaking (Creating more angst) point. Get it? 

ex. You're at a party and someone steps on your shoes. Nigga Moment.  

You could always use your mental strength and walk away from the matter because, after all they are just shoes. / Or in an alternant reality you could physically beat that person showing your masculine strength (physical). Violence shouldn't be the first response unless you must protect yourself. Even still, Nigga's don't fight anymore, they shoot.

To me, You aren't born with mental strength this is something you acquire as you deal with stressing, uncomfortable, tragic, near death experiences. Battles that you walk away from wounded but alive. Relationships are commonly known to make or break someone's valor.  In a relationship your guard is down and you allow someone into you completely. It's a risky situation to let someone in completely because "Nothing is for sure, nothing is for certain, nothing lasts forever." When that chapter of your life ends you'll be "heart broken" or the clinical term depressed. No one wants to deal with this type of stress but it happens when you're out looking for love and security. Now there are paths coming of this road. You can take a destructive path of pure e m o t i o n just taking what you can get and running with it. You can also take the path of logic that creates growth and prosperity. The time span can never be determined because we are all different but if you let the heart break consume you, you're wasting time you'll n e v e r get back. Remember that. 

The strength you could potentially gain from this feat is magnetic. People attract to the heart broken strength this means you can make it alone. Alone, a word that is almost feared but we came here alone so we are built to survive alone. In this context alone meaning single. Who want's some wounded puppy anyway? Suck it up people, life goes on & again time wait's for no one.
